Abstract

This study aims to determine the levels of psychological mobbing behaviors that trainers working in the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality are exposed to in their working environment. The sample of the research conducted using the general survey method consists of 121 volunteers selected by the simple random method. " Negative Acts Questionnaire: NAQ." was used as a data collection tool in the research. Based on the answers given by the participants in the sample to the scale questions, it was determined that the participants were exposed to mobbing behavior at the “lower-middle level” with a rate of 37.2%. In the study, it was found that men, singles, people between the ages of 36 and 40, those who have bachelor’s and master’s degree are, facility deputy managers and coaches working in the field and contracted trainers exposed to more mobbing behavior
