This study, it was aimed to determine the job satisfaction levels of trainers in terms of different variables. For this purpose, working in different statuses under Kahramanmaraş Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports; A "Personal Information Form" was applied to a total of 81 coaches, 17 (21%) women and 64 (79%) men, and the "Job Satisfaction Scale" was applied to determine the level of job satisfaction. The data obtained in the research were analyzed with the IBM SPSS program. The means of the two groups were compared with the t-test. If the number of groups was more than two, a one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used to compare according to job satisfaction. The relationship between continuous variables was examined with Pearson correlation. As a result of the study, no statistically significant difference was found between the job satisfaction levels of the trainers working in Kahramanmaraş Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports, according to demographic variables such as gender, age, marital status, education level, coaching branch, status, years of service, and income (p> 0.05).
