Abstract

Career adaptation capabilities, are considered as all of the attitudes, competencies and behaviors that people should follow to work for them. Career adaptability is a concept closely related to the psychosocial situations necessary to deal with professional tasks, traumas, cases, situations and transitions where human resources are obliged to fight. Adapting to the changing career world is the ability to constructively assess the stress of a new or complex career path. Career adaptability, positive orientation, linking past and present, making the future at least controllable and dreaming of lasting in one of the career opportunities, willingness to learn about himself and the outside world, facing challenges and overcoming obstacles that may occur in the process of achieving his goals to have. The ability of individuals to apply their professional roles effectively is seen as an important competence for career success. This study aims to include conceptual explanation of this subject.
