Career adaptability is a concept closely related to the psychosocial situations necessary to deal with professional tasks, traumas, cases, situations and transitions where human resources are obliged to fight. Adapting to the changing career world is the ability to constructively assess the stress of a new or complex career path. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship of university recreation activities with career adaptation skills. In this context, it is aimed to determine whether the students are continuing their education in the first and fourth grade and whether they make a difference in their career adaptation ability. It is thought that the career adaptability part of the research will make a significant contribution to the world of literature with both theoretical and empirical findings as it is a newly developing subject
