The management system of the Islamic Republic of Iran has a very different structure. Iran’s Islamic law is completely unique and even shaped according to the belief of the Caferi of Islamic law. Because of the belief of the Caferi, theleader, who has very wide authority in the Constitution, has unlimited authority, except for all the circumstances in the Qur'an. In the Constitution in which the principle of separation of powers is applied, the leader is the most competent person of the legislative, executive and judicial powers. With the principle of Shura, which is the decision-making method of the Islamic legal system, is chosen by the people or by the representative selected by the people, including the leadership of many institutions that have a say in the administration of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Iran is in a very different position from the countries of the world with its different political structure
