Enterprises have started to develop practices and strategies in order to avoid taken their employees from competing enterprises and to attract talented candidates. Therefore, the talent management and organizational commitment practices of the company aimed at acquiring and retaining talented employees will reduce their cease intent of employment. In this study, it is aimed to investigate whether talent management and organizational commitment affect employees’ cease intent of employment.
The research is a quantitative study conducted in the screening model. The sample consists of 96 employees of a pharmaceutical company operating in Istanbul. The data used consist of the socio-demographic characteristics of the employees and the scores of the employees on the scales of talent management, organizational commitment and cease intent of employment. The effect of talent management and organizational commitment on cease intent of employment was investigated by multiple regression analysis.
As a result of the research, it was seen that talent management and organizational commitment are effective on cease intent of employment
