The main purpose of this study is to determine the adequacy of occupational health and safety trainings; to investigate the effects of occupational diseases and work accidents. As it is known, occupational diseases and occupational accidents are one of the subjects on the agenda where there are positive and negative developments. Conducting scientific studies on occupational health and safety, which is very important in terms of processes such as human health, national economy, productivity of enterprises, competition between countries, service quality, product quality and employee performance, can make significant contributions to the field. Therefore, in this study; occupational health and safety reasons the need for the training, prevent accidents of the quality of education role in prevention in the statistics of as occurring accidents at work, occupational disease levels in Turkey, the negative impact on businesses of accidents occurring adverse effects on work-related accidents economies, the training to be held positive impacts on the prevention of occupational diseases and occupational accidents, legal basis in occupational health and safety education and related qualitative method will be conducted and presented to all interested parties.
