This study which aims to determine the effect of visionary leadership behaviors on perceived corporate identity is carried out
in the general survey model and correlational survey model based on quantitative data. Public officials who work in various
state institutions and organizations operating in central districts of Konya are determined as population (n=377+). Public
officials in the sample volume are selected from the population by simple random sampling and convenience sampling method.
Visionary leadership scale developed by Yeyrek (2018) and perceived corporate identity scale developed by Dağdemir (2008)
are used in the study. The results show that there is a significant relationship between visionary leadership behaviors and
perceived corporate identity, visionary leadership behaviors have a significant effect on corporate identity.
