Abstract

The concept of the scorecard, outside the entity's financial statements, which are of paramount importance, but as a whole by
evaluating of measured data, which means a management strategy.
Health Transformation Program in Turkey that began in 2003 has reached a new dimension with the health services. With
managerial and structural changes in the most recent report card for each institution and the manager was implemented. Center,
leaving the tutelage of the Ministry of Health adopted the concept of decentralization in other words, as a ministry, but the
auditor to establish the ministry commenced operation.
In this study, measurement - evaluation and comparison with the control property management and productivity indicator
scorecard applied to the way health care cards are investigated. In practice, the problems and solutions encountered in this
study are also expected to be useful for managers of health institutions.
