Research supports organizations to become more flexible, adaptable, entrepreneurial and innovative in meeting the changing
demands of today's environment. Appropriate leadership is required to influence this change; however, transformational
leadership, including organizational culture and organizational innovation, is aimed at increasing the theoretical efforts drawn
among the key components of this change strategy. This study focuses on academic studies on the relationship between
corporate culture, transformational leadership and innovation, and offers recommendations on its impact on innovation in this
area. Evidence suggests that transformational leadership is primarily associated with organizational culture through processes
of expressing a vision and setting high performance expectations and providing individual support to employees.
