Poverty is generally the ability to meet the most basic needs, such as food, clothing and shelter, in order to sustain the minimum
standard of living of a people or a particular person. The amount of these people is usually calculated by the number of people
living below a certain minimum income level.
The poor concept of working is a hybrid structure composed of the concepts of work and poverty. There are many problems in
the integration of the concepts of work and poverty into meaningful working poor. Poverty is defined at the level of the
household and it is antagonistic as an individual situation in employment. In addition, while employment is a momentary
concept, poverty is measured on an annual basis.
Although it is seen that the struggle against poverty in our country is applied in the form of daily aid in politics and practice, it
can be said that an effective and continuous struggle is not displayed.
