BROADCAST STRATEGIES AND SUPER TEXT ANALYSIS IN NATIONAL TELEVISION CHANNELS

The way television communicates is different. He draws different worlds to the masses and manipulates them and maintains
order. This is a process of transferring meaning. Therefore, television messages are a particular discourse. This discourse is
organized and transmitted through the publication stream. The feed stream consists of edited text. This process is not only the
process of selecting, placing and organizing texts. In this process, the person, the institution should create a unique meaning.
In this study, 1 month broadcasting data of 7 Turkish television channels were analyzed with content analysis method from
quantitative and qualitative aspects. Super text is the concept of a channel's total broadcast stream. 6 commercial television
channels and 1 public channel. As a result of these investigations, generalizations and determinations were made regarding the
mega text of Turkish television broadcasting which is the sum of the broadcasting flow of all channels in a certain geography.
