ABSTRACT
Accounting known as the language of business has a great importance for businesses and the economy. Anyone working
for any business has to know about accounting in order to understand and analyse financial information. So it is crucial
for students to learn financial accounting. Financial accounting is given as a compulsory courseat almost all of Faculties
of Economics and Administrative Sciences. The success of financial accounting education will be the success of
businesses in which the students who take this course will work in the future and this will turn into the success of the
country's economy as a whole. There are so many papers like our study about teaching of accounting and the success of
accounting course students. These studies are attempted to reveal the perceptions and attitudes of students about
accounting courses. Also some of these studies are attempted to reveal the success factors at accounting courses. Unlike
from the others in this study students from the same faculty but different departments are included in the survey. Although
the students take the course from the same teacher they are the students from different grades.
