Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between organizational culture and social capital which has been rarely studied in the literature. The study was conducted on 150 white-collar workers in a private sector company. The data obtained from the questionnaire were subjected to correlation analysis with the help of SPSS program. As a result of the data obtained, it was found that there is a positive relationship between organizational culture sub-dimensions and social capital
