Naturally, the search for treatment of farmers with children has made Auxiliary Reproduction Techniques (ART) important. The sons of ARTs, which include works such as In Vitro Fertilization (IVF), Intrauterine Insemination, have been promising for many couples for 30 years. According to a therapeutic hope-filled cruise, couples did not end it successfully at the time. In addition to unsuccessful treatment in this journey, some complications related to treatment may also be encountered. ART carries a high risk of morbidity and mortality for both the fetus and the woman. these; Obtaining over oocytes including ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome and emerging as risks of functional methods. For the fetus, it is due to multiple pregnancies; low birth weight and premature description are observed in complications such as chromosomal defects.
The process of infertility treatment is an important problem in the multifaceted treatment of couples' lives. Complications that may occur before treatment is the primary goal of pregnancy. Nurses who are in one-on-one communication have the responsibility of leadership. They need to know the complications of the treatment approach well and plan their nursing approaches accordingly and support the couples.
