In this study, the relationship between organizational commitment and social capital is examined. As a result of reliability analysis of social capital scale, cronbach alpha value was measured as 0.938, and cronbach alpha value of organizational commitment was measured as 0.743. The sample of the study consists of 150 white collar workers working in a private company in Kocaeli. As a result of the analyzes, it was seen that there were positive and moderate relationships between organizational commitment sub-dimensions and social capital total perception score and social capital sub-dimensions
