Industry 4.0 which is the hearth of intelligent machines and production mechanisms is put forward by Germany at the Hannover fair in 2011. Along with this process, Taylorism, also known as "Scientific Management", has been adapted to daylight and has become a modern management style of "Digital Taylorizm".
It is foreseen that the development of 'Intelligent Manufacturing Systems' will lead to a paradigm shift in the industry by the digitalization of the production chain and the ensuring of machine-human-infrastructure interaction. In this process, the management style of "Digital Taylorism" or "New Taylorism", which expresses the daily adaptation of the Scientific Approach, also referred to as Taylorism, has begun to be discussed.
In this study, Industry 4.0, which is addressed with sub-headings and human, production and economy dimensions, it will bring about the necessity of the development of new management concepts like Digital Taylorism as well as the planning of the future of the human being which is inevitable to be influenced from the process in terms of employee and consumer.
