Although the school principal does not directly affect student achievement, it indirectly affects learning by influencing the school climate. Leadership is essential to creating good schools. The school principal influences the relationships that shape both culture and climate. Educational leadership has become the focus of attention when it comes to improving education in both developed and developing countries.
In this work; The effect of school principals with a democratic leadership style on creating a positive school culture was investigated according to teachers' opinions. It has been concluded that school principals with a democratic leadership style have a positive effect on teachers' performance, school culture, and school climate.
The findings of this study, which once again reveal the importance of leadership in school management, are expected to be very useful for principals, teachers, education planners, and policymakers
