Migration is a phenomenon that has positive and negative aspects that affect all societies and communities and are carried out for various reasons such as improving and living conditions, from the first period of human creation. Although it is simply defined as a displacement movement, it is an economic-social event that changes the social, cultural, economic and political structure of the society, even the countries. Even today, with the acceleration of industrialization in the Second World War and afterwards, it has emerged at the beginning with the immigration of unqualified labor, but later it has turned into a brain drain movement, which constitutes a significant part of labor migration especially abroad. While there are positive and negative aspects of brain drainage, it reduces the social capital of the migrating country and contributes to the social and economic environment.
