A RESEARCH ON THE RELATIONSHIP ORGANIZATIONAL TRUST AND EXPECTATION SELF-EFFICACY

Aim: The employees are expected to do their tasks in terms of the social circle, their own life and education as well as meeting the demand of the workplace proactively. However, the organizations have an important role to reveal the employees’ proactive personality and the ability to act and maket he situation develop and continue. It is important that the organization and the employees have the common goal. Besides, the organizational culture, which reflects the pyschological aspect, the organizational environment, cooperation, justice, socialization and organizational confidence are essential. In this research, the perceptions of the administrators related to the organizational confidence as well as unspecified roles in favour of the organization have been examined.
Method: This empirical study has been done to specify the participants’ perception of the organizational confidence and self-confidence. In order to collect data, Organizational Justice and organizational trust scale developed by Ruder and scale of Self-Efficacy Behavior Development developed by Parker were used. Are the participants' perceptions of organizational trust and self-efficacy related? has been answered. The participants’ self-confidence behaviour beyond expectations and the confidence in the organization have been determined. The partcipants’ self-efficiacy behavior beyond expectations, their role and position in the organization, the length of time spent with other administrators and demographic differences like gender variable have been stated, as well.
Findings: The sample of the research consists of 90 junior and senior adminstrators in a manufacturing company. The data from the sample have been obtained by analyzing difference tests, multi-regression and chi-square analysis.
Result: It has been determined that the relation between the participants’ self-efficiacy behaviour beyond expectations and confidence in the organization is p<0,05 in a meaningful way. It has been observed that this sample has a meaningful relation in terms of self-efficiacy behaviour beyond expectations and demographic indicators. It has been claimed that the findings of the research cannot be obtained without considering the participants’ organizational confidence and self-efficiacy perception
