In some issues of this journal that investigated the national values of the Turkic peoples, articles dedicated to Azerbaijan Republic were published. These commemorative articles touched upon such topics as the historical Russian colonialism, the Congress of Caucasian Muslims, the ideas about Fatali Han Hoyski, Caucasian Turkish-Muslim Student Union activities, the abduction of Turkish prisoners from Nargin Island, the formation of National Army, national press, national literary process etc. The most important features that unite these commemorative articles, which cover different topics in different manner, include the writers’ determination, their spirit of struggle, absence of the feeling of submission and looking forward with hope.
