Global public goods are globally financed goods whose effects have spread from generation to generation, where consumption
is not rationing. The environment is also a global public good and the task of minimizing negative externality costs is achieved
through government policies. For this reason, the protection and sustainability of the environment is subject to international
agreements. For the protection of the environment, which is a global public good, the recommendations for obtaining global
taxes are sometimes mentioned in the literature and the taxes taken for environmental protection are referred to by different
names, but in the literature, often called “eco taxes”, “environmental taxes” or “green taxes,, green taxes, called environmental
taxes; They are financial instruments used in the solution of environmental problems and especially in the solution of
externalities arising from environmental pollution.
