ANALYSIS OF FACTORS AFFECTING COMPANY VALUE OF COMPANIES REGISTERED IN BIST OPERATING IN TRANSLATE PAPER SECTOR BY PANEL DATA ANALYSIS: 2010 -2018

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a relationship between the ratios used in financial statements analysis
and firm value. Turkey's paper and paper products in order to achieve the objective work, printing and operating in the
broadcasting sector, 12 companies panel data analysis to determine the relationship between the 2010-2018 year obtained
calculated financial ratios for the ratio between the firm value is used. In our study, the value of the firm is dependent variable
and liquidity, activity, financial structure and profitability ratios are considered as independent variables. As a result of the
study, a significant relationship was found between firm value and average collection time, turnover rate of debts, average
payment time, turnover rate of revolving assets, inventory turnover rate and a meaningless relationship between other ratios.
