DEVELOPING THE SCALE OF THE GENERAL TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS

Abstract

According to Newton time flows one way continuously. As to Einstein, time is a dimension that orders and gives meaning to events. Time is a priceless source. It has one behavior, it flows continuously, it cannot be saved, it is spent, and it cannot be repeated. For these reasons, it is the most valuable entity of humanity. Human should use time effectively because he has a limited lifespan. The skill of using time effectively is expressed with the concept of "time management" in all behavioral sciences such as psychology, education, management etc. Time management is ordering correctly importance and privileges.
The study has been carried out with a sample of 660 consisting of teachers and randomly chosen students in Edirne Tekirdağ Kırklareli and their districts in 2017-2018 educational year. The scale has been determined as valid, reliable, and usable after scale development statistics..
