Increasing investments and the competitive environment in recent years have forced enterprises to seek to reduce costs without compromising on quality. The preferred outsourcing for reducing costs by businesses provides advantages in focusing on core capabilities as well as providing competitive advantage for businesses. In the hotel business, outsourcing enables to focus on accommodation services that are the area of specialization and to provide other fields of activity from other companies. In this study, it is aimed to determine and evaluate the perception of outsourcing of managers.As a result of the research, it is concluded that the managers dominate the issue of outsourcing, they look positive and they benefit from external sources in the hotel enterprises where they are managers
