The reasons such as rapid increase in the number of competitors, competition, change and development of technology, change in markets, innovation and improvement needs increase the importance of internal entrepreneurship day by day.
The aim of the present study is to examine and summarize the 27 graduate theses (master's and doctorate) which were conducted between 2001 and 2017 on the subject of internal entrepreneurship and to draw attention to the issue in terms of the findings. Within the scope of the study, the concept of internal entrepreneurship is analyzed from a conceptual point of view and analyzed by content analysis which is a qualitative research method. Thus, the common points of the thesis studies which were carried out from the first year to the present (last seventeen years) have been determined.
The data of the thesis studies, the main branches of science, institutes and consultants, the research areas and universities, the type of thesis, the language of the thesis information MS. Available in tables using Excel.
It has been determined that few studies have been carried out on the subject and that all of the researches have been carried out almost in the business segment and that there are limited number of other fields; mostly at graduate level. In order to better understand internal entrepreneurship, researches should be increased and associated with different subjects
