Abstract

Hotel enterprises in the tourism sector takes account of expectations of the target group during the marketing activities of the business. It allows marketing to be made easier and more efficient so that customers' expectations and expectations can be identified and known. The aim of the study is to determine the factors affecting the hotel choices of the people working in the public institutions and to determine whether there is a difference between these factors and the demographic characteristics of the participants. Questionnaire technique was used as a means of gathering data. The obtained data was analyzed and interpreted by means of statistical package program. As a result of the study, female participants pay more attention to room and front desk services; male participants were more concerned about safety and value factors.
