Superstitions are beliefs or practices that assume an erroneous understanding of cause and effect, assuming concepts of causality that are often rejected by modern science but can represent long-held popular beliefs or practices. Superstition simply means a belief that has no scientific reason, but is followed by many superstitions with the notion that there may be any reason behind such beliefs. Most such superstitions may be harmless, but few are physically, psychologically, or economically harmful.
The purpose of this research; The aim of this study is to examine the relationships between teachers' religious paranormal beliefs, classical paranormal beliefs, and general paranormal beliefs in terms of various variables (gender, age, marital status, branch, institution type, professional seniority). The research was concluded with the findings obtained from 110 teachers working in the Çukurova district in the 2020-2021 academic year.
According to the results obtained from the research findings, the paranormal beliefs of the teachers; It has been concluded that there is a significant relationship with gender, marital status, branch, and type of institution.
It should be determined how teachers' superstitious and paranormal beliefs change or develop, and more detailed research should be conducted on how these variables affect learning and teaching processes
