The aim of this research is to determine the level of belief in the education of teachers working in primary schools. The research is quantitative research. As a data collection tool in the research, the “Teachers' Level of Belief in Education Scale” was used. The universe of the study consists of all classroom teachers and preschool teachers working in a primary school in the 2021-2022 academic year. In the study, no sampling was done and all teachers (50 people) were included. SPSS 25 package program was used for data analysis. Fifty teachers were included in the study and 58% of the teachers were women, 94% were married, 90% were undergraduates and 84% were classroom teachers. The average age of all teachers is 41.04. The mean score of teachers' belief in education is 74.10±19.37. Teachers' gender, marital status, and educational status do not affect their level of belief in education (p>0.05). The level of belief in the education of branch teachers was found to be higher than that of classroom teachers (p<0.05). Teachers' level of belief in education is at a medium level. In order to raise this level, it is recommended to make the necessary arrangements, organize scientific events, and conduct more comprehensive studies on the subject in cooperation with the school and the necessary institutions and organizations
