Abstract

Organizational democracy is also important for subordinates to promise in administration, to endure decisions, to desire and thoughts. The democratic approaches in the organization increase the motivation of the employees, which increases the individual performance of the employees and thus positively contributes to the organizational performance. Psychological capital is different from other types of capital as a current type of capital that shows what we are and what we can best be through positive and positive approaches. The aim of the study is to determine if the organizational democracy has an effect on psychological capital, and if so, the degree of this effect. As a result of the study, it has been determined that organizational democracy has a positive and positive effect on psychological capital. The data were collected through questionnaires, 'organizational democracy scale' and 'psychological capital scale' were used
