One of the critical success factors of organizations is the efficiency of working, it is difficult to work with high efficiency in low income and occupationally low job satisfaction. Managers can increase the productivity of the human resource by providing increased measures of job satisfaction for the employees. The aim of the study is to examine the perceived organizational support and the effect of vocational exhaustion on job satisfaction. In addition, the relation between variables related to age, education status and working time is examined. As a result of the research, it was determined that perceived organizational support positively affected all dimensions of occupational exhaustion negatively. The age, education, and working time of employees significantly affect perceptions of organizational support, levels of occupational burnout and job satisfaction
