Study group consisted of 29 teachers working at state schools during the 2015-2016 academic term. Data were collected with a questionnaire form developed by researchers and analyzed with content analysis. According to the results supervision problems were found as: supervisions are not done by experts, inspectors aim to find the deficiencies of teachers, there is not an objective evaluation, inspectors put emphasis on paperwork more than needed and also supervision frequency in schools is not enough. It was emphasized that supervisions should be done by inspectors or by all partners in education system. Teachers’ requests regarding supervision were these: supervisions should be continuous, inspectors should put emphasis on guidance and teacher achievements, supervision should be constructive and should not be used as an element of oppression, inspectors should take environmental conditions into consideration and they should be objective
