Abstract

Theaim of thisstudy is analyzingtheproductivityeffects of ERP softwareusage in ten SMEs in Aksaray, whichstartedusing ERP software with KOSGEB Supportbetween 2010-2015. Inthefirstpart, theconcept of SME, KOSGEB supportsandtheconcept of productivityareexplained. Thenextsectioncontainsthequantitativeandqualitativeanalysis of ten companies. As a result of thequantitativeandqualitativeresearch, it wasfoundthatthe ERP software had an effect on theproductivity
