Abstract

The Ottoman state that established magnificence for centuries, has been insufficient to follow developments in Europe. Many solutions for the withdrawal of the ottoman state were presented. One of them is Kochia Bey Tractate. Kochia Bey Tractate are in the two copies. One of them in writed to 4. Murad, the other to Padishah İbrahim. İn our work, the tractate of Koçi Bey's to Sultan Ibrahim will be done in terms of style and purpose. It will present what kind of perspective the Ottoman state brought about, how it was beneficial and what kind of impression it gave to future generations
