The study included an introduction, a preface, four topics, and a conclusion. The introduction highlights the importance of studying the motives of behavior from an Islamic perspective and showing their main types (physical motives - spiritual motives - psychological motives).
The preamble: Which includes a definition of the terminology of studying (motives - instincts - behavior - refinement) and the relationship between them in modern psychology.
The first topic: talks about the motives from an Islamic perspective.
The second topic: explains the deviation of motives from positive to negative, and the principles of their refinement.
The third topic: shows that suppressing motives causes anxiety and disturbance in thinking.
The fourth topic: refines the motives with their positive and balanced direction.
The conclusion: contains a statement of the most important findings and recommendations
The research concluded with several results, the most important of which is that the Islamic perception of behavior is based on refining behavioral motives, and giving priority to the faith-based mind over lust, through three principles: gratification in a permissible way, choosing the right time, and the balance in gratification without extravagance or frugality
