Abstract

The concept of wage has gradually strengthened an important function of human resources management in the competitive environment we are in. Organizations that want to gain competitive advantage have begun to use the strategic tool of "charging" in this field by understanding the necessity of bringing the human element to the forefront and improving productivity. In this study, the emphasis of the concept of charging, the process of formation of the wage structure, the application of charging systems and the implications of the wage in relation to the parties are emphasized. As a result of the theoretical investigation; it has been found that a decrease in the organizational and business performance of the workers who were exposed to wage dissatisfaction, burnout, abandonment of work in addition to situations such as the perceptions of organizational commitment, organizational trust and organizational citizenship are affected negatively. Those who have high perception of justice have been influenced positively and this situation has been achieved as positive contribution to the organization
