Abstract

Radio and Television Programming programs are taught in various vocational colleges of 40 universities in our country. Radio and Television Programming Programs train radio and television broadcasting organizations to search for departments such as editing, reporting, technical device operation and production. Some of the staff needs of the media sector are covered by this program's graduates. These program graduates, who have received more detailed training on technical issues according to their communication faculty graduates, also differ in terms of employment according to their communication faculty graduates. The contents of the Radio and Television Programming Programs in our country are different in 40 different universities. The academic staff status of the university, regional needs and the structure of the vocational school in which the program is located lay the groundwork for this change. In this study, the contents of Radio and Television Programming Programs which are continuing education and training activities in our country were examined and the situation of associate education in technical sense was examined. A study was carried out taking into consideration the facts of the vocational schools they were in and a preliminary training proposal on the program was presented considering the sectoral expectations
