Abstract

It seems that different managerial activities have come to the forefront in reaching the objectives of the enterprise in a period when the most important input element for the enterprises is accepted as human. So, while the value of time for businesses with "time cash" is revealed from the article, the importance of effective and efficient use of management in terms of management knowledge and the studies made for it show that time management is a management activity which should be given importance in itself. However, the reflection of the performance of the personnel is a very important issue for the operation success and the value added to the operation by the correct performance management is getting more and more. In the light of these facts, this study analyzed the results of analyzing the trends of the modern management philosophies which started to become a thesis topic in Turkey with the time management in 1991 and the performance management in 1992 and whether there is any relation with each other in accordance with the studies made since 2010 And to direct future work. In the study, the hypothesis and the results produced by the researchers were investigated in detail about the subjects of the master and doctorate theses, in which field they are. The general conclusion is that the performance of individuals who use time effectively by using time management knowledge and skills is increasing in their business life and it is never possible to experience technological transformations in order to survive. So much so that the organization can use it more effectively without undermining the human being depends on the establishment of an effective performance management system. The researcher may be advised to undertake studies that can take time and performance management together in the future
