Abstract

The purpose of this research; To make a content analysis of the scientific research published in the field of governance in educational organizations in Turkey between 2012-2022 and to review the literature by examining it from a structural point of view. Scientific research was examined for this purpose; The findings were obtained by analyzing the type of publication, year of publication, sampling method, sample size, patterns and methods, distribution of data collection tools and data analysis methods.

According to the results obtained from the findings; The subject area of ​​governance in educational organizations is mostly discussed in research theses. Studies were published in 2021 at most. The simplest random sampling method was used as the sampling method in the studies. The number of samples in the research was determined between 300-400 people. Studies were mostly carried out in quantitative design. The data in the studies were mostly collected by the scale method. As a data analysis method in the research, the variance analysis method was mostly used.
