SPSS statistical program was used in the analysis of the data obtained in the study. Descriptive statistics, t-test, and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) methods were used in the analysis of the data. As a result of the research; It was determined that secondary school teachers' organizational support perception levels were moderate. It has been determined that the organizational justice perception of the teachers working in secondary schools is positive. Moreover; It was determined that teachers working in secondary schools did not show a significant difference in general organizational justice perceptions according to the variables of gender, education level, school type, seniority, and tenure at their current school.
