To be an effective business, sustainability must be embedded throughout the organization and a comprehensive sustainability strategy must be developed. Social sustainability has an important place in this strategy and employees are an important part of this strategy. Social sustainability will contribute to employee sustainability and positive work attitudes, which means "employees in organizations want to continue working where they are today and in the future" by ensuring the creation of a fair, supportive work environment for employees. In this study, the issue of sustainability, which is a very complex and multifaceted issue, is approached from the perspective of social sustainability, and the relationships between employee sustainability and employee attitudes, which have recently entered the literature, are examined at a conceptual level.
