In this study, the effects of management styles of hospital management on job satisfaction and organizational commitment of employees are investigated. The aim of the study is to examine the perception of management styles of hospital employees in Istanbul and the effect of their management styles on job satisfaction and organizational commitment in the context of socio-demographic characteristics. The research data were collected by a survey method with the participation of 304 people working in hospitals serving in Istanbul. As a result of the research, in line with the findings obtained as a result of the analysis of the data, it was concluded that the perception of management styles has a statistically positive effect on the job satisfaction and organizational commitment levels of the employees.
