Research data were collected in outdoor sports activities in different cities in 2018 and 2019. The data were collected with the Sports Injuries Evaluation Scale developed by Cassidy (2006) and adapted to Turkish by Özder (2010). In the analysis of the research data, the Independent Samples t-test was used in single groups and the One-way ANOVA test was used for variables with more than two groups. Post Hoc LSD test was used to reveal the difference between groups. As a result of the research, statistically significant results were found according to age and outdoor sports type. Mountaineering and skiing have emerged as the type of sport with the highest injury anxiety. Athletes between the ages of 23-26 are the group that feels the most anxiety about the injury. Accordingly, the anxiety for injury varies according to the type of outdoor sports. It is recommended that athletes do not participate in activities that challenge them too much.
