Among the subjects mentioned in the 1950s is the zoning policy carried out in that period and the current housing problem, the introduction of some architectural projects published in some architectural magazines from abroad, the protection of historical artifacts, information about the school building projects as a necessary architectural program of the period, architectural education and its importance. Two architectural projects carried out by Zeki Sayar in the 1950s are also mentioned in the study, which is "Merbank neighborhood" and "Akev tobacco warehouse and administration building".
