The principles of decentralization applied in the Republic of Iraq, which is a federal form of government, exist both in the administrative structure and in its administration. While there are provinces that are not included in a region among the places where Administrative Decentralization is applied, political decentralization is seen in the regions. In the Spanish administrative system, there is a constitutional monarchy and a unitary structure. In addition, the reason why it is referred to as a semi-federal government is the local governments that are given wide autonomy. Belgium has a complex appearance due to the multi-layered nature of the country's administration and the relations between them. In Italy, too, there have been European Union policies that emphasize the importance of local and regional autonomy.
In order to prevent the authority from being gathered in a single center, countries have undergone a radical structural change in their administrative structure, showing an important development here and determining the administration of the provinces according to the principle of decentralization.
