The world met with Covid-19 on December 1, 2019. Covid-19, which emerged in the Wuhan province of China, has taken the whole world under its influence in a short time. It is constantly mutating and still shows its effect intensely today. Although the pandemic is tried to be brought under control with vaccination, it is predicted that the fight against the constantly mutating virus will continue for a while. This article, it is aimed to examine the effects of Covid-19 on aviation sector employees. In this context, qualitative research was conducted. Eighteen aviation industry employees participated in the research. Due to the pandemic, the interviews were made over the internet instead of face to face. Participants were asked 7 questions prepared by the researcher. The obtained data were subjected to content analysis. According to the data obtained, it has been determined that the aviation sector complies with the measures. In this process, it was determined that some employees' salaries were reduced and that the employees of the sector were afraid of losing their jobs. Although the aviation industry tries to manage this process well, it has been observed that there is a slight decrease in the commitment of the employees to the organization
