This study aims to reveal the factors that determine the innovation management capability of enterprises in order to determine why innovation applications are needed in the digital age, how businesses manage their innovation applications, and what kind of recommendations and solutions the innovation applications made in the global competitive environment offer businesses.
The aim of the research is to investigate whether digital leadership practice and innovation capacity influence innovative performance and if so, what is its degree. This study includes studies and statistical values on digital leadership, innovation capacity and innovative performance perceptions. When the literature studies are reviewed, it is seen that no studies have been conducted in SMEs on the "Effect of the Relationship between Digital Leadership Application and Innovation Capacity on Innovative Performance".
