The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of process management and process improvement on the sustainability of businesses. In the theoretical part of the study, deduction and in the application part, the quantitative method based on the cause-effect relationship was taken as the basis. In the survey of the study; demographic questions, “Process Management and Process Improvement Scale” and “Sustainability Scale” were included. A survey was conducted with the "Simple Random Sampling" method, without any preselection, to 458 people who "manufacture motor vehicles, trailers (trailers) and semi-trailers" operating in Ankara OSTİM. As a result of the analyzes made, it has been determined that defining, measuring, managing, and improving processes in process management; has been determined that sustainability activities have an effect on environmental performance
