Its role in family and local cultural elements in institutionalization processes in family businesses has an important place in the examination of family businesses. How these processes progress in family businesses and what kind of impact cultural elements have will be examined in this study. The most important purpose of this research is to examine the institutionalization processes in family businesses and to reveal the effects of cultural elements on these processes. Our other purpose is to determine the elements that prevent institutionalization and to reveal the place of cultural elements in these elements. In this research, the content analysis method will be used to examine the studies on institutionalization in Family Businesses and the effect of cultural elements on institutionalization and to reach conclusions. Content analysis is a scientific approach that allows for objective and systematic examination of verbal, written, and other materials. Studies on family businesses will be examined and the content will be analyzed. The study is a descriptive study. The descriptive study is carried out in order to illuminate a situation given on the sample or in the cases available to the whole universe, to make evaluations, and to reveal possible relationships between events. The main purpose of such studies is to describe and explain the situation under study in detail. It is generally preferred by researchers because the research is carried out without changing the characteristics and conditions of the event examined in these studies and without making any changes in the environment
