The aim of this study is to reveal the relationship between the toxic leadership behaviors of principals working in primary schools and the job satisfaction levels of teachers. 324 teachers working in primary schools in Sur district of Diyarbakır province participated in the research conducted within the scope of the correlational study. In order to collect data, "Personal and Professional Information Form", "Toxic Leadership Scale" and "Job Satisfaction Scale" were used to determine the demographic data of the teachers. As a result of the study, it was concluded that the leadership behaviors of the school principals were wand the job satisfaction levels of the teachers were at a mediocre level, and the rewards a high level of the negative relation ship between the set variables
